Horrible! I think this is a scam. I should've known better and looked them up. I gave them all my banking info and personal info. when I applied. They said they would get back to me in 24 hrs. It's been almost 7 days now. There is no human being who answers their 800 number it just says to email them. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I put fraud alerts on my credit reports in fear they are going to do something with my personal info. Going down tomorrow to close my bank acct so they can't fraudulent take money from my acct. stay away from this lender!
Though regulated at the state and federal level, there are still payday lenders that attempt to skirt the rules. Some are online-only lenders based in other countries. Other lenders work around state laws by operating out of Native American reservations. Be wary of brokers that offer to connect you with lending partners – this can result in a lot of calls and emails about offers.
Many countries offer basic banking services through their postal systems. The United States Post Office Department offered such as service in the past. Called the United States Postal Savings System it was discontinued in 1967. In January 2014 the Office of the Inspector General of the United States Postal Service issued a white paper suggesting that the USPS could offer banking services, to include small dollar loans for under 30% APR. Support and criticism quickly followed; opponents of postal banking argued that as payday lenders would be forced out of business due to competition, the plan is nothing more than a scheme to support postal employees.
In 2014 several firms were reprimanded and required to pay compensation for illegal practices; Wonga.com for using letters untruthfully purporting to be from solicitors to demand payment—a formal police investigation for fraud was being considered in 2014—and Cash Genie, owned by multinational EZCorp, for a string of problems with the way it had imposed charges and collected money from borrowers who were in arrears.
The CFPB has issued several enforcement actions against payday lenders for reasons such as violating the prohibition on lending to military members and aggressive collection tactics. The CFPB also operates a website to answer questions about payday lending. In addition, some states have aggressively pursued lenders they felt violate their state laws.

While credit counseling agencies spend their time helping consumers get out of debt, these kinds of loans can present unique challenges. “It’s not a traditional loan with set guidelines in terms of how they work with us,” explains Fox. In spite of those challenges, there are things a credit counseling agency can do to help you get out of payday loan debt:
Brian Melzer of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University found that payday loan users did suffer a reduction in their household financial situation, as the high costs of repeated rollover loans impacted their ability to pay recurring bills such as utilities and rent. This assumes a payday user will rollover their loan rather than repay it, which has been shown both by the FDIC and the Consumer Finance Protection bureau in large sample studies of payday consumers

You’ll sign an ACH authorization to give the payday lender permission to withdraw the repayment amount from your checking or savings account. Unless the lender allows you make repayments by check, you will need to sign this authorization. Before you sign the authorization, make sure you know how much will be debited and on what dates, whether this amount will repay your loan or simply renew it, and also how to revoke the authorization (federal law requires lenders to state this).

Several factors determine how much you can borrow, but your credit isn’t one of them, as the phrase “no credit check” indicates. (“No credit check” and other terms like “fast cash” and “easy” are usually the main selling points in payday loan ads and part of what makes them appealing to borrowers, though new rules proposed by the CFPB in 2016 require short-term lenders to measure a consumer’s ability to repay in certain instances.)
Once you’ve submitted the requirements and satisfy the conditions, you just need to fill out the application form online or in person in the loan store. Lenders generally process the applications immediately and get back with a decision in a few minutes. Depending on the lender, you will get the borrowed funds in a few hours or by the next business day.
Payday loan rates vary from state to state. In states like California and Alabama, where there are legal limits, CashNetUSA charges the maximum amount allowed. Some states, such as Wisconsin, have no limit on payday loan rates. The highest rate we saw CashNetUSA charge was $25 per $100 borrowed, which is standard, though other lenders charged as much as $30. The lowest amount we saw from CashNetUSA was $9 per $100 borrowed, which is one of the lowest amounts.
"... payday lending services extend small amounts of uncollateralized credit to high-risk borrowers, and provide loans to poor households when other financial institutions will not. Throughout the past decade, this "democratization of credit" has made small loans available to mass sectors of the population, and particularly the poor, that would not have had access to credit of any kind in the past."
In a perfect world, you could rely on a credit card to cover emergency expenses. But, as you might have already guessed, most Americans don’t have that kind of available credit on hand to use either. In fact, according to a Harvard University study, nearly 40 percent of households making less than $40,000 a year have no credit cards at all.2 And one in ten Americans have no credit score whatsoever!3
Depending on the lender, you should receive your funds within a few days, though it could vary from one business day up to several weeks. Funds will typically be deposited into the checking account you specify during the loan process, and they can then be withdrawn as cash, spent via your bank card, or used to make payments and purchases online like any other funds.
With a title loan, the amount you qualify for depends on an assessment of your car’s value. Loans range from a few hundred dollars to $10,000. A standard title loan is due in full after 30 days. This includes the finance charge, which can be as much as $125 for a $500 loan – that means you’ll pay $625 total when the loan is due. According to the Pew Charitable Trust, the average APR on title loans is around 300%.
